ABOUT US
Education Assistance Fund was started as a result of a trip I took to Africa in July 2016. My late wife wanted to build a school in Africa as one of her last wishes. I then found Orphans Promise, who had a project that needed funding in Kenya, and donated Yang's retirement savings to build a school.
While I visited the school I got to meet many of the students there. Many of them are orphans and have no means to pay for their own education.
The attitude of service that Yang had was what started this entire endeavor. It is from a desire to honor my late wife and to help the students that this charity was formed.
After seeing the need at the school, the only option for me was to help the children there.
